Which means I cant submit the thing, since it shows still in progress, had the same issues last week, but it did fix itself, just like that.

DO you have any idae how can I fix that please ? :-X :-X :-X :-X

My 2 cents:

There is a box somewhere has to be checked (it was about mentioning all government/military positions). Make sure it's already checked.

I faced same. I started it from 18 y of age uptil now. But it has to be opposite. We have to start from most recent and then go to wards older history. When I made this change it showed complete. Make sure u haven't done similar mistake.
Good luck

Thanks guys !
I did that, it took me for ever, and still ! :(
Please help :(

Its the dates. Make sure there are no gaps. When I faced the same problem, I gave personal history for 11 or 12 years, rather than 10. That worked for me. Its how the 10 years are caluculated thats causing you this issue. Just go back 11 years and you should be fine, and leave no gaps!
