I entered to Canada in October 10th 2012, i was living with my Canadian wife from this date to January 3rd, during this time she treated me so bad and she didn't let me apply for jobs or school or anything and during this period i figured out that shes getting ODSP because she has a mental disability ( bipolar ) , it was very difficult to communicate as a couple and i preferred to leave and go to Montreal especially after she attacked me and threat me with a knife, now i am working have been 2 months in Montreal and thinking to get divorced.

My question is, am i a conditional resident and will this divorce affect my situation ??

No - you're not a conditional resident.

The new rule of having to stay with your sponsor does not affect you since you applied before it was put in place. However, your wife could try to cause problems for you with immigration, saying that you committed marriage fraud etc. This would be hard for her to prove. Immigration might take you under investigation but most likely nothing will come of it.
