Help please few questions regarding my ee profile

Hey guys i just created my ee profile but i have some questions:
1-i couldnt find any forms to fill for my son only for me and my wife is that normal???
2-i am not claming points for my wifes work but i still filled in her work history is that ok ?
3-my noc code is 3113 and i choose medicine in the education field is it ok or should i choose other?
4-in the funds section i chose a number that is higher than the requied,my question is should the number be exact or not?
5- my wifes eca was sent twice because there was a mistake in one letter in her name that they were supposed to correct however they didnt correct despite my several emails to them and they sent a new eca wrong again,so the question is that the 2 reports have 2 different dates on the main letter and the last one they mentioned that the original report was issues on a diff 3rd date so
Now am confused on which date should
I use?

1) Children's details are only required post ITA
2) I suggest you remove your wife's work experience, otherwise you will be asked for proof after ITA
3) Medicine seems the right choice, but I can't remember what the other choices were
4) A higher number is actually better in case they increase the funds requirement, so that is fine
5) I would use the latest report date

Is it the one written on the first paper?because there is a date on the paper and another on the eca report itself where it states that this is a revised report and first was issued in may

Use the date of the revised report.

The revised report itself has 2 main dates,one on the main letter head and inside in the eca report itself it is written that this is a revised report and original report issued in may.

Am having 3 dates first report was sent on 14th june or something second 10 days later but still june but on the last report issue date is totally different its written 24 may so thats why am confused.
