help pgwp refused!!! and they expired my temporary residence status

hi guys HELP!!!


my friends pgwp got refused bc it's applied 180 days after he finished the first program. and refusal letter said his temporary residence has expired. however he's study permit document is still valid bc he hasn't finished studying a second program yet. we are confused. is his temporary residence status valid or not?

You can’t apply for PGWP and keep studying. It is one of the other.
