The OWP really has nothing to do with being allowed to re-enter. What allows you to re-enter is your TRV / visitor visa. There is no rule that states you have to be outside of Canada for 6 months before returning.

When i came to canada they stamped my passport with returning date and i didn’t returned as i am on my maintained status i am worried if i go back and return they will ask me that why I didn’t return back even when they stamped the date on passport.

Do you mean you overstayed?

Yes i was supposed to go back in july but as I applied for owp i am on maintained status right now
So you are on implied status and that doesn't affect your re-entry. However, every time you enter into Canada, there is always a chance that CBSA could refuse. And if that happens, your inland application is cancelled.
The 6 months is the general allow of stay IN Canada when someone entered with a eTA or TRV unless CBSA stamp with a different date (like your case).
There is NO 6 months rule to stay OUTSIDE before you can re-enter.

BUT again, there is always a chance you could be refused.

Not sure how long you are planning on by out of Canada but to apply for inland sponsorship you must be in Canada. A short fists of 2-3 weeks seem to be overlooked but longer could result in your inland sponsorship being refused.

@canuck78 brought up an important factor.
Will your sponsor travel and stay with you? You are supposed to be living with your spouse/sponsor in Canada when you apply and during the application process. So if you are planning to leave for months, it may affect your inland sponsorship application.
