help! OWP not received after 4 months

Hi guys

I just want to know who have experience this case.
My OWP received on Dec 3rd and I called CIC then the agent told me that they send an email to the officer to do my OWP since its already 4 months. they can locate my file and it's still in process and He said I need to wait for 3 months before they can hear from the officer.

this is my question
How many days or weeks before I receive the OWP in the mail if they can locate my OWP and my PR app as well?? it's kind a weird because I send my application with OWP on dec 10 but they said that I send my owp on december 3rd lol

Usually, 8 to 12 months before you get your OPW on hand.

Actually, isn't it supposed to be 4-5 months if the OWP is sent with the inland application under the pilot program?

I wouldn't worry too much until it gets to the 5 month mark. From what I've seen they've been processed between 4-5 months lately, with additional time for mailing.

I'm fairly certain 8-12 months is not a correct timeline if you sent your OWP off with your inland application... From what I've seen your timeline is normal and I wouldn't worry too much since it takes a couple weeks or so to mail.

Not true. The OWP that is issued under the December 2014 Pilot Program is usually issued within 4 months.
