Help on showing proof of funds!!!

Im currently working abroad and my bank in my home country doesnt want to issue bank certificate unless I am the one to apply for it. Even my my parents are not allowed to apply for bank certificate on my behalf for security reasons. Now, the bank account I have is accessible online thru online banking. Im really not sure if visa section will allow a printed copy of my summary of account via online as a prof of funds.

They should allow it because it is verifiable but i think you will need a printed copy of bank certificate on their letter head preferably stamped along with your bank statement...........Secondly if you have not permanent status from where you are applying then it will be better if you apply from home county.......
