You have to start with your latest position. So the 2nd one is appropriate.

Hi all,


I have following doubts in filling background declaration form:

1. In background declaration form: Point 8 table, can I use abbreviation? Space is not enough to write the whole name of the institute.

2. In background declaration form: Point 12 table, street address is not coming completely in cell. What should I do? Should i make whole table new in additional sheet?

Yes,let the abbreviation to be used be meaningful.
Carefully fill the address column and if need use extra
sheet design in a table format.
Please write the question number on the extra sheet.

Thanks... few more queries:

1. What all do i need to write in attached sheet? I attaching a sheet for each point/table required. I am writing annexure and exactly copying the table. Is there anything else?

2. PCC will come later. Can somebody provide a sample of cover letter, how to write about missing documents?

3. My current employer is not giving letter of reference. they have a specific auto-generated online format fron company's website to verify employee's relation to the company. they said they don't provide anything else apart from that. WHa should i do now?

4. Can anybody provide a sample of self written employment verification letter if reference letter is not available?

You should enter whatever is accurate. But you should leave no gaps in time. So if A is more accurate, you need an entry for 2012/02 to 2012/03 even if what you were doing is celebrating the end of your study and waiting to begin your job.
