Help on online payment!! Client ID?????

Hello Friends,

I am sponsoring my wife as spouse sponsorship outland application. I just paid $1040/- online and printed the receipt. Can you tell me what should be written in CLIENT DOB, CLIENT ID and ADDRESS? Is it sponsor or sponsored person?

It doesn't really matter. You can put your details and leave the Client ID blank.
