The letter that lost angles visa office send me contain

Dear applicant

This refers to your applications for permanent residence in canada.In order to continue procesing your application we require following
. Completed medical examination for you and your wife .
* Enclosed please find immigration medical forms and instruction......

*Document in languages other than english or french must be aaompalined by certified translated.
*Unless original documents are specifically requested,please submit certified true copies of supporting document .All police certificates must be original.


this means i just need to submit jut medical or Do i need to submit police certificat and pof as well??

Go through the letter carefully. There are usually boxes made with a list of documents. Check to see if any of the boxes are ticked. Those will be the docs. you'd need to send.

Congrats on your medical. From what you've posted it seems that you need to complete your medical and obtain pcc from whatever jurisdication the VO indicated in the letter. Submit POF if the letter stated that one needs to be submitted.
