Currently i am in Canada from 4 months on temporary visa and and planning to apply for canada PR under federal skilled worker, but got to know that the person should be at least 1 yr in canada to apply under category 3 to which i fall under of skilled worker item. Can any body please help me what are the other ways i can apply for canada PR. Do i need to apply from home country if not possible here?
