Are you currently living together? Yes or No

We have been married for a year and living together till date but when the application will be submitted my spouse will be in canada.

What do you mean will leave for Canada for the FIRST time? Do you mean that your spouse will activate PR by officially landing? Are you declared as the spouse in the application for PR?

You need to answer the questions based on what the truth will be when you submit. You will not be living together, so the answer is No.

Yes u understood correct. I am already declared on the COPR.
