I know someone who wants to apply for PR under the Federal Skilled ( I guess this is where he is eligible). He has more than 10 years of experience as a carpet installer (NOC 7295) gained outside of Canada, right now, he has an arranged employment in Canada as a General labourer. The question is, can he apply under the Federal Skilled category arranged employment stream? even if his LMO is for general labourer? thank you your response is greatly appreciated.
