Would request an expert to reply urgently to the below query. I have do my filing before 24th as ITA was issues almost 90 days back.
There are minor changes in my previous job profile which I had sent earlier (at the time of NOC assessment) and now. These changes are only technical as the job duties that I had written earlier and the ones that my employer gave now on my Experience certificate have minor differences. My NOC is 0601 and I am sure about that. My consultants are of the view that though the NOC is the same, since the job duties provided by the employer are different they are not convinced and have asked me to give a consent that I would be responsible in case of any issue in future.
Pls Note this is my previous profile. My current profile is 0601 (April 2015-till date). Concern raised is for my previous profile under 0601 for the period April 2012 to March 2015.
Kindly guide is it a major concern. My current NOC is 0601. My previous NOC is also 0601, but it does not clearly come out from the Experience Certificate. My employer will not provide a new letter right now.
