Help needed with Ineligible Express Entry application

Hello,
Can someone with experience please let me know the mistake I might have made while filling the application. I was told that "Review of Minimum Entry Criteria was not met". I have a feeling I made a mistake while filling the occupation part.

Here are my answers
Primary occupation
2147 - Computer Engineers (Except Software Engineers)

Date first became qualified to practice in this occupation
2012 July (this is the date I finished bachelors degress)

Do I have a certificate of qualification from a Canadian province or territory?
No

Do I have a job offer in Canada?
No

Work summary
Job 1: 2008/7 to 2009/5 2147
Job 2: 2013/3 to 2013/7 5224
Job 3: 2015/11 to present 2147 (Is this the problem, since the most recent job is less than 1 year old?)

Furthermore, is there a way to know what criteria I didn't meet in the application.

You do not have 1 year of continuous full-time work experience.

Just to clarify one more thing. Here continuous means that I should be in the same job for at least 1 year, right?

Not strictly.
It must be the same NOC. But you can switch jobs, as long as there is no gap between the jobs.

But once you've been at your current job for 1 year (until November), you will be eligible to apply.
