Hi Friends,
I am writing the sponsorship letter for my wife. Need some help/Suggestions on Sponsor letter. below is my scenario
My wife is working here in Singapore , applying for Study permit in Canada since she got LOA from the college we applied. She already have 12k CAD in her account excluding one year tuition fee which we paid already. And also she is attaching her pay-slips, net worth certificate from Chartered Accountant from India showing some assets on her name in India (House, jewels and Fixed deposit).
Apart from her funds, I will also sponsor her for her expenses throughout her Stay in Canada and will be taking care of her second year tuition fee as well.
We are applying study permit from Singapore. Below is the draft version of the Sponsorship letter. Please help me to validate and share your comments/suggestions.
I am not sure to whom I need to address , So I started with "To Whom It May Concern" which I am not sure its proper or not. And also I am not a native English speaker, please feel free to correct/point-out any grammatical mistakes. Thanks in Advance

Re: Financial Support for "My Wife Name"
Dear Visa Officer:
This is to confirm that I, Padmanabhan Vijendran, am the Husband of "My Wife Name" and that I will financially support her during the entire period of her stay in Canada. This includes her travelling, lodging, tuition and all kinds of her expenses in Canada. She is intending to pursue her studies in Cloud Computing at the "College Name" College, Canada.
I am an Indian Citizen currently working in Singapore having annual income of "Some Amount" SGD (approximately "Some amount" CAD). I am contented to act as financial sponsor for my wife whilst she stays in the Canada. Please refer to original documents attached including my latest bank statements, income tax returns, and salary slips. These documents clearly show my financial stability.
In case of any query please contact me on my cell at "My mobile number" and email id: "My email id"
Sincerely,
Padmanabhan Vijendran
