hello i am new to this forum.we are thinking to apply for EE.Unfortunately we have bad past experience so this is what making us reluctant to apply again.my wife applied as principal applicant in 2014 under FSW but after long wait of almost 1.5 year our application got rejected.The reason was allegation which was put on us under term Misrepresentation though we provided the visa officer with all the relevant documents but ultimately we got refusal letter.we dont know what should we do and how to move on!

Maybe people with similar experience should chip in....but if your previous application was rejected on grounds of misrepresentation, maybe you are not allowed to reapply again so soon?
you are right but we provided the visa officer all the documents then they just refused on the basis of main duties and they didnt comment in the final letter about misrepresentation so my assumption is this allegation was nullified
thanks should i need some consultant to reapply because this time i want to be more carefull
Up to you, there are a lot of horror stories of people who used the services of a consultant so be careful when you choose one.
