Hello everyone,
I need your help regarding preparation of my visa application. I am 32 male and have 12 years of study gap and interested to study now. During the gap, i was and still working at my own company run by me and my partner.

I have stable income and strong financials to show (enough to cover tution fees + living cost of me and my dependents including wife and 2 children of 3 and 4, and for GIC of 50,000 CAD)
My spouse, children and mother lives with me. My brother is already is canada as dependent with his wife (who is studying) with kids as well.
How should i build up my case for showing strong ties and to convince visa officer to give me study visa and open work permit to my spouse.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Where have you been approved with a 12 year study gap? Doing a masters/Phd? Many schools will not give admission with such a big gap. Complete a program that builds on your career and will give you higher earnings than now to justify costs.
