I came to Durham college in last September (2018) intake for ISCN course on student visa. But I withdraw from the course in 2nd week only because of some helth issue and returned to India. ( I indormin my college and took their permission before leaving canada).

Now my question is, Is that visa still valid or it got over as I withdrawed from the course and came back to India? On my passport it is written that your visa is valid till December 2018.

I want to again come to Canada for my studies. I am perfectly okay now. So can I come on the same visa or do I need to apply again for the student visa?

Someone suggested me to apply in some college and get offer letter for January intake and on the basis of that offer letter, step down in Canada and then apply for study permit extension. Is this a valid step?

And If not then what is the best solution in my case. Please help me.

You can come on same visa if it is not expired. Simply tell Border officer your story truly. You will not have any problem entering Canada. Also bring all documents your study Permit medical report if you have.
