Help needed: Passport not sent within 30 days for stamping of visa

I just realized that my PPR email that was sent to me on me on February 13th ended up in spam folder. The email says that I need the send my passport and other documents within 30 days, which I have exceeded by now.

What should I do? Will my visa be refused for not sending the passport in time?

Any help from you guys will be helpful as I'm stressing out myself from the past few hours.

Call CIC asap and let them know your situation. Moreover, also let them know by case specific enquiry.

and send your passport immediately through Xpresspost.

My passport was lost in transit and deliver late, so I think you should be fine, generally, they don't care. But, don't forget to inform them, if they did not pick phone then let them know by case specific enquiry.

Also, send screenshot of the spam folder, that email is in spam folder.
