help needed! No AOR but able to link to my CIC account

Did it happen to anyone else?
app received on may 29
I haven't received any email from CIC but i was able to link my application to my CIC account.
The first status i saw was "registration pending"
a few minutes later, it changed to "submitted"
Does it mean AOR and my application package will not be returned?
btw, I'm outland applicant.
 
seems IRCC may have your application into their system........IRCC usually send AOR within 5 to 8 weeks.........you may expect AOR message through email.......AOR will have your Application Number and UCI (if you don't previously have UCI #).

I am able to link my account before receiving AOR1 but i did receive the AoR1 the following day, after linking you account online you should see a file # and/ uci if yes it means IRCC has received your application.

how could you link your application without AOR??
