Help Needed, Mixing of job duties for different NOC codes!

Hello everybody,

I am preparing my documents to apply for the FSW program, under NOC 2131.

my current job title is "Construction Engineer" which is under NOC 2131, but my problem is that the reference letter i got from my company mentioning around 7 job duties, 3 of them can be under NOC 2131 and the rest under NOC 0711 "Construction Manager" and this occupation is not required also i am not in a skill A phase in my career anyway!! is this a problem?! am i eligible?

Also the company i am working for, is projects management consulting company, would this make them putting my experience under "Construction Manager" NOC code despite that my actual job title is under NOC 2131?!!

This is really confusing, need your help! Thank You

my problem is that i have one reference letter for this job which contains job duties performed by NOC 2131 and other main duties performed by NOC 0711 ... is this will be a problem?!

I am Civil Engineer, but I will not get any experience certificate from my company. May I submit copy of my employment contract, my promotions and increment letters, payslips etc?
Also my designation shown in the documents are QA/QC Engineer, eventhough I am working in a civil construction company.

Please advise

I am new to this group of highly talented people and I am really looking for some help in finding the relevant NOC Job Code to apply for FWS in 2014. I have got almost everything including IELTS covered.

I am basically an IT Service Management professional and work in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework. Below are my designations and relevant experience. Can someone please help me with the appropriate NOC code I should apply for. My experience is closely related to Business Analyst as well but designation does not match.

1. Service Delivery Consultant (Business Process Design and Implementation) - less than 1 year
2. Senior Problem Manager - 3.5 years
3. Senior Project Engineer (Incident Manager) - 3.5 years
