*** Help needed in filling previous applied application details **** Express Entry

Hello All,

I was recently filling my profile in CIC after submission I accidentally clicked withdrawn submitted profile and profile was withdrawn and then I created another profile in which there is a questionnaire to update if I have applied earlier for PR and asking for UCI details which I don't have in my withdrawn profile.

Could someone guide me how to update the my new profile ? Should I have to mention I have applied or not ?
