Help Needed in filing OOPNP under the Human Capital Priorities Stream

Hi Experts ,
Please Help me out,
I was working for a company as a software developer from October 2013- March 2014, Later in the same month I joined another company with the same designation (March 2014- Till date).My previous employer didn’t provide me any reference letter or the experience letter while I was leaving the company as he was little bit upset with my resignation. Later when I contacted him for the reference letter he didn’t respond.

When I got eligibility to apply through express entry with my current employment I have decided not to include my previous employment in the express entry profile as I will be not able to provide any documentation other than T4 slips .Now I am planning to apply for Ontario PNP under Human Capital Priorities Stream. In the application I have question where I need to mention my last five years of status
I am confused whether to specify my previous employment or not ,As application says that I need to provide all the supporting documents like reference letter or the experience letter to prove my employment which I don’t have other than T4 and notice of assessment.

Please give your valuable suggestion what I need to do to overcome this situation

i think you should mention all ur employment details without gap.
u can show ur offer letter and salary slips or get a statutory declaration from a colleague showing that you were working for that company.
its best not to leave any gaps it will cause delays in processing ur application...
