Help needed: IELTS Score calculation for Canadian FSWP

Hi

My IELTS score is hereunder:

Listening 6.5
Reading 7.0
Writing 6.5
Speaking 6.5

What will be my points under FSWP?

As per my understanding, it should be 20 points.

Listening 6.5 = 4 points
Reading 7.0 = 6 points
Writing 6.5 = 5 points
Speaking 6.5 = 5 points

Total 20 points

Nonetheless, your help is highly appreciated.
