I am in a bit of a dilemma. All of the jobs I have had in the past 10 years have been less than a year ( for each).
However I have one position i held for two years (foreign experience/outside Canada) but I started in 2005 and left in 2007.
Going by the 10 year mark for EE, does it still count as 2 years or less since the start date was more than 10 years ago.
I am quite confused and would appreciate some help on this.
