help needed about education points as its very confusing

Dear All

please advice

i am from india.

i have completed 12 yrs of full time education (School & High School)
then 3 yrs of full time university degree BCA.
then 1 yr of distance university degree PGDCA.
then 1 yr of distance university degree ADCA

so total 15 yrs of full time education 2 yrs in distance learning and have 3 university degree's

can u please let me know how many points i can claim 20 or 22?

its really big confusion.
