I started working as TFW under low skill program in YK, NWT. However, as I am not happy with my current situation at work, I submitted my resignation but with effectivity a month later at least to give ample time for my employer to find replacement. But my employer accepted the resignation effective immediately and informing me she is not going to give termination pay because it has been less than 3 mos of employment. I am just wondering if she could impose an effective date of ending my work after I resigned? And as per the service canada she has to pay for my return airfare of which she did not discuss with me/nor included in the letter she gav
