I am in a committed monogamous relationship with a Canadian citizen. Given the current travel restrictions, I am not allowed to travel to her.
The stipulations state a requirement to have spent time in each other's physical presence, but DUE TO the restrictions, this has not been possible for us. The restrictions were set in place BEFORE we had this opportunity.
Can anyone help find a way to still immigrate to Canada?
Time doesn't stop and we want to start our life together.
Surely there has to be some way?

You can apply on your own and qualify under economic streams.

But no, no way I'm aware of for you to qualify under the relationship criteria without having physically met.

Your partner could hypothetically travel to you, if allowed entry to your country.

Your partner cannot sponsor you if you've never met in person.

You can still apply to immigrate to Canada but will need to qualify on your own through an economic immigration stream like Express Entry. I would recommend that you start by researching this immigration program. It's points-based, meaning those with the most points are selected out of the pool for permanent residency. You want to aim for a score of 470+ to have a good chance of being chosen. Good luck.
