Help: Minimum Wage for CEC

I am currently making a website for a local company in BC, and it is a full time job. The company currently pays me for CAD$ 15-16/hour. I wonder if this wage level would result in refusal in the future?

There is no such thing as a minimum wage requirement for CEC, or Express Entry in general.
