HELP - Memorial University English Requirment

Hi i am planning to apply to Memorial in Sept 2016. I am from a country where English is our only language, its the only language I did all my studies in.
Do you think I have to do IELTS?
Anyone receive a waiver for English lately? Meaning only submitted their University proof that they study in English?

I come from a country which our primary language is not English. I submitted a letter of medium instruction from my university, and I got my admission.

If you can prove that you have been studying in english medium for last three years then i hope it will be fine..
