Hi everyone! I am in the philippines right now and will be back to canada on thursday.
I just wanna ask if i can get an oec at naia aiport?I am an owp holder and my pr just got approved last month.

haven't tried it but i heard a lot of ofw do that...they have poea office in the airport...c",)

If you hold a PR status and you have a valid document with you, you do not need an OEC.
