Hi friends I have just received my GCMS/CAIPS notes. they have 62 pages and details about every single movement in my file since i applied.
in the end of the notes under the heading notes 1
it says

Text: FILE NOT RFV. MEDICAL RESULTS NOT RECD SO FAR, FILE PA'ED.
the details of the file show that I and my son have passed their medicals but the medicals of my husband show the status sent. we all got our medicals done on the same date and had sent them. our rmp had done emedicals.
the complication in our case was that I and my son received the medical forms from the high commission but my husband did not. the hospital where i had my medicals done had the facility of emedicals and said they can do the medicals of my husband without the forms. So we got it done. they gave us three medical papers for each of us which we then sent to the embassy along with all the other documents required.
on the same say when we had sent our docs the high commission sent us the medical forms for my husband which were emailed to my agent. my agent did not inform me about the forms thinking that we have already sent the complete application package.
Its been 5 months already.
file status is in progress.
We went to the hospital again to ask what should be done. they told us that if we get the form sent by the embassy filled by them then that would mean doing the medical again for my husband which wil just delay the entire process. they said all we need to do is email the high commission the UMI no that is the medical code for my husband and inform them that his medical was done on this date and the UMi code is this.
Please help me with 2 things:
1) what is the exact meaning of the line written in the text row of the CAIPS I have pasted above.
2) what is the best solution for my husband's medicals
