IELTS is required by colg & university.
When you have acceptance letter, its mean you have accepted for certain program on the basis of provided IELTS report.
Then embassy does not require more.
IELTS is mandatory to get admission.

but here is my question i haave 5 band inspeaking is a problem for me to get visa

Metric 63% marks
Ics 60% marks
Bsc 65% marks
Msc information technology 82% marks or 3.70 CGPA out of 4.00 complete in sep 2011
and also have a strong bank statement above 25000 CAD
after 1 or 2 weeks i'll submit my case from pakistan for july intake in stouffvil college toronto for ACCA.
can any one tell me these requirements sufficient and how many chances of visa for me..

Dear bro.
I will suggest you best as I think.
If you will apply in stouffivle colg for Acca, you will get refusal In days.
The objection will: study mismatch and you will not leave after completion of study.
Listen:
You have a master degree you should apply in a university for post graduate study.
And bank statement is not strong as you are thinking.
My case:
Only b.com 65% , IELTS 6 I applied in seneca college government funded college.
Annual fee 12000 CAD $ approx.
2.5 million bank statement.
But almost 3 months have gone, no response Is given by embassy.
Now,
You should apply in university for post graduate study and I suggest you don't apply In toronto.
Chose another province.
Otherwise its your choice.
