I got one question? I am in newzealand from last more than 5 years, i am here on work permit. Basically i am from india. My wife got canadian PR and she will sponsering me for spouse visa. My question is where my application will go like in delhi immigration or sydney immigration??

Cic Normally chooses to process the application on the citizenship.You can by all means put down New Zealand but you may not get it. It may get sent to London. You have a work permit for Newzealand if that work permits runs out your country to return to is New Delhi . You don't have any PR in Newzealand or like the states a Green card.

I would guess with your long residence on work permit in New Zealand, yours would go to Sydney after Mississauga
