hey friends we submit our PP on 26 April there is a confusion our medical is gonna expired on 6 June so there is any chance of visa before 6 June and if they issue us a visa so is this necessary that we have to land in Canada before 6 June ??

It all depends on your visa office. ND asks for the pp before a final decision is made.
Yes, if your visa is issued b4 June you will need to land b4 the expiry date of the medicals.

and in letter from CHC islamabad they highlited URGENT and say send a PP within 10 days ??

If they dont issue the visa before medical expires, they will ask to redo med, as you are not allowed to enter canada without a medical as PR. And yes if you have visa before your medical expires you gotta land before it expires. Goodluck

Typically a visa office will ask for a new medical if there is not going to be time to issue the COPR and the applicant still have time to land before the expiration of the visa.
