Hi All,
I have applied for Canadian student visa as I am admitted in the PhD program with partial fund. My kind Professor thought that the University would waive my tuition, however, unfortunately, because I had a big Shift from MSc to PhD of another field they did not. Now, my supervisor suggested that If I reapply for one year MSc program, which could be a fine preparation from the University point of view, the University would probably waive my tuition.
If after receiving my visa and issuing my study permit, when I land in Canada, I decide to decline my PhD admission of Fall term and immediately reapply for MSc program of Spring term, would I encounter any problem? In this situation, for two months I am not officialy student in any University of Canada, Is it a problem based on Canadian visa regulation?
I highly appreciate your time on my question.
Many thanks in advance for all of your kind attention.
