help me for arranged occupation

I am dentist from india and already applied in january 2008. How i can get arranged employment so that to make my immigration processing fast. please guide me well to get arranged employment in the field of dentistry(may be not as dentist) as i know it need registration from canada. But help to get any arranged employment in dentistry so that to make fast my immigration processing.

Secondly my spouse is Physiotherapist. Can he get any arranged employment from canada in the field of physiotherapy?

Didn't your husband already post here? I think I told him that if you withdraw and apply again with him as the primary, you will get through because physio is on the list and dentist is not.
