My permanent residence application is in process -via the London branch, and I have recently changed address.
Well aware of the importance of notifying them -I am following CIC website instructions. For Outland applicationslike mine, they say to notify the embassy -which I have just done and had automated reply they do not deal with immigration matters -see CIC website. Great!
I filled in one form online, which said if my application was in process, I wouldn't hear anything -another Great!
So lastly, linked in to MY CIC, and the only option was for change of address in Canada -no option for the UK.
Anybody had experience or can offer pointers please/
This is obviously an important piece of info they need to have -I just need to know I have done the right thing -and hopefully get receipt that they now have this and can update my application.
Many thanks, Miles

I used the IRCC webform-London -is that all that is sufficient -thanks, Miles

Yes, Case Specific Enquiry or calling the call centre is how you notify CIC of address change.
