Help! Letter of closeness from mother examples

Hello all,
I'm from Albania (21M) and I'm required to provide a letter of closeness from my mother showing our close relations and my strong ties with my siblings.
I have a younger sister (12yo) living here with us and a younger brother (19yo) living in the Usa.
Problem is we have no idea as to how a letter should be written. (I couldn't find one online)
If any of you could show me an example that would be an enormous help.

It was part of a list of documents for supporting the study permit application showing our close relation and my strong ties with my siblings. I guess for strengthening the guarantee that I will return back after my studies in Canada.

Don’t see that. In your SOP, you can mention your mother and she is a tie if you support her financially.. Siblings are irrelevant.

I don't see that aswell but maybe it's part of the "Other documents" listed there

There is no such thing as a closeness letter. If you want to address, your family state in your SOP.
