Help!...Just starting to process my documents as cook

I came to Canada as a cook few months ago. My qualification is bachelor degree and having 6 years cook experience in different country. My concern is I am eligible to apply now FSW program me inside Canada. Need some senior's advice.

As per new rule a graduate temporary worker with ONE year Canadian experience can apply for FSW, beginning from January 02, 2013.

If you have already 12 months experience, please check here whether you are eligible or not:
