Just hoping for some advice. My boyfriend and I are hoping to move over to canada using the skilled worker scheme. We are a couple of points short when we use my boyfriend as the principle applicant. So i wondered if I could get some information about receiving job offers in Canada.
My boyfriend has worked in a brewery for 10 years as both brewer and manager. He is also training to get spey casting instructor qualification. It would be great if he could get a job offer in either of these fields, but otherwise he is happy to try something new if it meant we could get the extra points for the immigration.
Does anyone have any tips about the best way to get a job or are we best to wait till we can move over there and then start applying?
