Visa Office......
London
so, heres my problem and question; this is the request letter i received oct 25

******** > Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature including personal history from the age of 18. Please note that the previously submitted Schedule A form contained a gap in the personal history from 12-2002 - 06-2005. Documents sent as attachments cannot exceed 5 MB in size. Any attachment larger than 5MB must be divided into smaller separate attachments. Each of the above requested items must be received in our office by the due date listed.********

i sent the schedule A before, but as you can see, they said i didnt include from 02-05 but i did, i ran out of space so i did a word document and sent it with the forms. obviously, they lost it. so i emailed them asking if i could just send the word document that they lost via email attachment. i sent it about 2 weeks ago but havent heard anything. i emailed them regarding this and labeled it as urgent, because submitting documents is time sensitive. suppose to get a reply in 24 to 48 hours. been 2 weeks and still nothing.

do i need to send ALL the scheduale A forms in again by mail? could i upload on ircc webform? or did they accept the missing information via email attachment and were all good?

i dont want to get a letter saying they canceled our application because i didnt comply, when really, they just couldnt be bothered to return an email. what to do? :(

In the top right corner of the Personal History section of Schedule A form, there is a button "Add more rows"........you could click on the button to add more rows to provide more personal history........don't miss any gap.....you may also include a letter to explain.

Send the updated Schedule A form and any other letter or document through IRCC Webform to your visa office to avoid any delays or issues.

Also, send an email of the updated schedule A and explanation letter by email.......it will be okay.

I think it's new. I can almost guarantee that the form we filled out & sent to Sydney in mid August didn't have that option... but the one they made us fill out as a replacement last week had that option. I filled it out online, saved, and uploaded in GCKEY. Haven't heard anything yet.

I just checked my form and it didn't have that option either. I tried to download the new form but i just get the "please wait" message. Will they still accept the form i have if i put the additional info on the separate sheet like i did?

just downloaded the form.....it has the "Add more rows" ..just click on the "+" sign to add rows......you may need to first SAVE a copy to your computer, before filling and print.

the "Add more rows" .... "+" sign to add rows.....is usually at the bottom of the last row in the section...e.g.,

5. Education History

Certificate and diploma issued
City/Town
*Country
Province/State

Add more rows +

6. Personal History

This happens with all these dynamic pdf documents. It will not open in your browser.

Instead, while on that "Please wait" page find the download button in the upper right corner and download the file to your computer. Then, find the file where it downloaded and open it with your Adobe Reader (or whatever other pdf reader you use).

The "Please wait" will remain forever in your browser otherwise and you cannot open these in your browser.

It will give you that message if you try to open it from your browser. When you download, and you see the file at the bottom of the browser - if you click on that, it'll just try to open it again in the browser.

You have to go through your actual files, through My Computer, get to your downloads and open from there. So that it uses an actual pdf viewer and not the browser.
