HELP.! Is Credential Evaluation of spouse required to gain extra points?

I have given IELTS and I got CLB8 and my wife got CLB7.
I was about to send my credentials for evaluation to WES.
Even my wife has done her masters and she will be dependent.
Is credential evaluation of her qualified degrees is necessary>???
