I have an Egyptian friend who is a pharmacist and currently lives in UK. He is interested in opening express entry profile while he is there. he already has got his university transcript and syndicate certificate with him. Can he send this them directly from London to pebc for evaluation ? or it has to be send by the university itself ?

Both works. Either University or applicant can send.

I have applied for OINP and submitted my original ECA report from PEBC as per OINP request.

so the question is, do I need a original paper copy for my EE application? do they ask to submit paper copy or they can work with soft copy?
