help in filling the TRV application

Hello guys...
I have filled IMM5257 form but I have few doubts in this form as I am not sure...
Can someone please help me on the following points :-

1. Name, Person, Relationship of any person or institute I will visit - I am not sure what information do i need to provide here.
2. How long you plan to stay - I don't know what dates to put in here. I am on post graduation work permit valid until nov 2018, I am planning to go back home in coming july for a month and would come back maybe in 2nd week of Aug.
3. Employment history - Do I need to provide all my employment details here and there is only space to mention 3 in the form. How do I add additional employment details in the form since I am gonna upload the form online.

You should first clarify what are you applying for and why.

So you are on PGWP and need a TRV for travelling.... I will assume so:

1) Leave blank
2) Day of expiry date of PGWP (or balnk)
3) Add it to the letter of explanation under the optional documents section.

Thank u for ur reply. I am applying for Temporary resident visa. I currently have the PGWP which was issued on Jan12th 2016 and is valid until Nov 2018. I have to go back home in July this year for a month and will be returning in sometime in Aug and thats why I am applying for Temp Res Visa so that I can renter Canada.
