help in filling out the generic application form for my spouse

I am sponsoring my wife and I have and I am canadian citizen living abroad , I have a question about National Identity document what is that in the gerneric appplication form?

also does she need to add our son as a dependant in her application knowing my son is already a canadian as he got it from me

I also have a question about the folowing section (how many family memeber including you are in this application? ) does she put only 1 as me and our son are both Canadians

please help
