Can someone please help me in answering section 4 (Labour Market Impacts). It's confusing.

Will hiring a tfw result in a direct job creation...?

Will hiring a tfw result in the devpt or transfer...?

Will hiring a tfw fill a labour shortage?

The employer is supposed to fill this out as well as pay for the LMIA.
