Help in filing online

Need some help in filing online...
Do we need to combine visa forms , student questionnaire , family info with academics or just academics ?
And where should I put my parents salary slips?

Just provide the information you are asked to submit. I feel ur mixing the offline process, which has student questionnaire.

There is a section for family info.

You can put all other documents (SOP , CV , Letter of Explanation) with Letter of Explanation.

Academics & IELTS can be with Letter of Acceptance. Not sure about this though

Salary Slips would be with financial support.

You are on point. Every other supporting documents should be with your letter of explanation. Any one pertaining to finance should go with proof of fund
