I am filling up my express entry profile, and one of my jobs is falling under the IT support role. This job is not related to call centers nor it is anywhere close to the network technician. However it is mainly toward engineering side (You know how Indian service based companies put freshers into support job) and i cant really figure which NOC should i go for.
I cant choose NOC 2281 and 2282 as this is even more inferior kind of work than i was doing, meanwhile NOC 2171 has one of the responsibility matching which says
"Conduct independent third-party reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems. ". However rest of the NOC 2171 roles look too far from my orginal ones. Is there any concrete NOC for IT support jobs?
